We’re chasing experienced Excavator Operators across Brisbane's Bayside, with a strong focus on drainage and pipe crew operators for lead and side dig roles, along with Final Trim GPS operators who can deliver accurate, detailed work on major civil construction projects.
What’s On Offer
- $47–$50/hr + super + travel + penalties
- Consistent hours with overtime available
- Ongoing work across major civil subdivisions, urban developments and industrial estates
- Multiple projects and positions up for grabs
What We’re Looking For
- Drainage & Pipe Crew Operators: Experienced side and lead dig operators who can work confidently alongside pipelayers and drainage crews, digging trenches and installing underground infrastructure.
- Final Trim GPS Operators: Skilled operators experienced in detailed excavation,
trimming to design levels and working to tight tolerances using GPS.
- Proven civil construction excavator operating experience, with solid references
- Competent using GPS systems, including Trimble, Topcon or similar
- Experience across drainage, trenching, bulk earthworks, batters and detailed finishing
- White Card and Excavator Ticket (RII) and/or VOC
- Robust safety awareness, reliability and attention to detail
- Additional mobile plant tickets are a bonus
