Experienced Barista – Full Time

We're looking for an experienced barista to join our growing General Store & Over the Road family in a genuine full-time position.

We're not your average café business! With three busy venues across the Hills, a growing hospitality and retail operation, and plenty of current ideas always on the go, there's never a shortage of variety or opportunity.

We're after someone who makes a cracking coffee, enjoys a busy service, brings a great attitude to work and wants to be part of something that's growing.

The Role

You'll be working across our cafés in Upper Beaconsfield, Emerald and Gembrook, helping deliver consistently great coffee and customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include

- Producing excellent coffee quickly and consistently during busy service
- Confidently running a commercial coffee machine independently
- Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality
- Providing friendly, genuine customer service
- Supporting the wider café team wherever needed
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient workplace
- Contributing ideas and helping us continue to improve

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of recent commercial barista experience
- Confidence working independently in a high-volume café
- Excellent coffee-making and milk-texturing skills
- A positive, friendly and reliable attitude
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting stuck in




- The flexibility to work across our three Hills locations
- Full-time availability, including at least one weekend day
- A willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the business
