The award-winning BMD Northcliffe Surf Club is looking for an experienced Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team. Experience working within a Club environment (Surf Club, Bowls Club, Leagues Club or similar) will be highly regarded.

We are seeking enthusiastic F&B; pro's who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, work their backside off, but have a good time while doing so.

Applicants should only apply if they meet the following criteria:

- Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar Food & Beverage role
- Ability to handle a busy bar - both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service, food and beverage operations, and front of house service
- Ability to work across multiple areas of the venue including bar service, café operations, bistro service, food running, gaming, functions and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solid focus on customer satisfaction
- A strong work ethic and great customer service
- High attention to detail
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods as required




- Experience working in a Club environment is advantageous
- Hold a QLD issued RSA (essential) and RSG (preferable)
- Experience in Gaming, KENO and TAB will be highly regarded

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will play a key role in taking care of our members and guests while contributing to the smooth operation of one of the Gold Coast's premier Surf Clubs.
