About the role

Experienced Excavator Operators and Civil Pipe Layers are required for civil construction projects.

Excavator

Operators perform final trim excavation across 10t, 20t, 35t and 40t machines, undertake trenching, detailed excavation and civil earthworks, and work alongside pipe crews and site supervisors.

Civil Pipe

Layers install stormwater, sewer and water main systems, read civil plans, levels and specifications, set out pipes, pits and fittings, and work closely with excavator operators.

Key responsibilities

Excavator Operator

- Final trim excavation across 10t, 20t, 35t and 40t machines

- Trenching, detailed excavation and civil earthworks

- Working alongside pipe crews and site supervisors

- Maintaining secure work practices and machine care

Civil Pipe Layer

- Stormwater, sewer and water main installation

- Reading civil plans, levels and specifications

- Setting out pipes, pits and fittings





- Working closely with excavator operators

- Ensuring quality, pace and safe trenching practices

About you

- HR Driver's Licence

- White Card

- Relevant plant/machinery tickets

- Minimum 3–5 years civil construction experience

- Proven reliability and strong work ethic

- Australian citizenship

- Expert-level final trim capability (highly valued)

- GPS / UTS experience (highly valued)

- Strong trenching and civil infrastructure knowledge (highly valued)

- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced civil crew (highly valued)
