About us Salad Days runs 3 stores across Alexandria, Potts Point and the CBD. Alexandria has our commercial kitchen inside it. That kitchen makes the food for every one of our stores.

We’re growing, and we need one person to own it.

The role

You run the store. You run the kitchen inside it. And that kitchen feeds the rest of the business.

Here’s why it matters. If the kitchen doesn’t hit its numbers today, our other stores are missing menu items tomorrow. The whole business leans on you. That’s a big job, and we’ll back you to own it.

What you’ll do





- Run daily production so every store gets what it needs, on time, every time
- Run the store: service, team, standards, sales
- Plan prep, ordering and stock so nothing runs out
- Roster, train and lead your team
- Keep food safety and cleanliness tight, without anyone checking
- Spot problems early and fix them before they hit the other stores
- Handle the odd catering order
