About the Role

This is a hands on position involving a wide variety of lawn mowing, gardening and property maintenance work.

Working Hours & Weather Conditions

This is a casual, weather dependent position, with approximately 16–32 hours available per week depending on workload, weather conditions and seasonal demand.

Pay $36 - $40 Per Hour + 12% Superannuation depending on experience and responsibilities.

Opportunities for pay increases based on performance, reliability and progression within the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Residential and commercial lawn mowing
- Whipper snipping, edging and blowing
- Hedge trimming and large hedge reductions
- General garden maintenance and pruning
- Overgrown property and jungle cleanups
- Green waste removal and loading trailers
- Operating commercial mowing and gardening equipment
- Driving company vehicles and towing work trailers
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work vehicles tidy
- Working both independently and alongside other team members
- Delivering consistently high standards of workmanship

Please note: This is a physically demanding outdoor role. Some jobs involve heavy lifting, dense vegetation,



challenging terrain and working in various weather conditions. Applicants must be comfortable undertaking more than just routine lawn mowing.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

- Previous professional lawn mowing and garden maintenance experience
- Current driver's licence
- Experience and confidence towing and reversing trailers
- Competence using whipper snippers, lawn mowers and hedge trimmers
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Respectful towards customers, colleagues and their property
- Honest, trustworthy and someone who demonstrates integrity
- Physically fit and comfortable performing demanding outdoor work
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
