Our Father is a much-loved local spot in Burraneer, serving great coffee and good food to the neighbourhood every morning. Now we’re turning the lights down and opening our doors for dinner, and we’re looking for passionate people to help us bring our night-time trade to life.

About the role

We’re expanding our team with hospitality professionals who love a busy service and genuine guest connection. Shifts will be predominantly evenings, with the option to pick up morning café shifts too if you’re after more hours or variety.

What we’re looking for

- Previous hospitality experience (restaurant or bar experience a big plus)
- Availability for evenings, including weekends
- A warm,



friendly attitude and a strong team-first mindset
- Confidence on the floor and the ability to keep calm when it gets busy
- RSA (essential for night service)
- Barista skills are a bonus if you’d like morning shifts too

Pay: $28.00 – $41.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
