About the role

As a Palliative Care Carer,



you will provide compassionate in-home support to clients living with life-limiting conditions. Depending on individual care needs, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
- Supporting comfort, dignity and independence
- Assisting with mobility, positioning and other care needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting families and maintaining a calm, respectful environment
- Assisting with meal preparation, light domestic tasks and other practical needs
- Following individualised care plans and communicating changes in a timely manner
- Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the Right at Home team

Previous palliative care experience is highly desirable. Experience supporting clients with complex care needs, dementia, chronic illness or end-of-life care will also be highly regarded. Please apply direct through our website:
