Current Opportunities

Rockingham Area - Disability Support

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Support Worker to support an adult participant living in the Rockingham area.

This role is suited to someone who is patient, confident, and able to provide structured, person-centred support while promoting independence, community engagement, and overall wellbeing. The successful applicant will be comfortable building a positive professional relationship and supporting the participant to achieve their individual goals.

Kalamunda Area - Dementia Support

We are also seeking compassionate and understanding Support Workers to support and empower a participant living with dementia in the Kalamunda area.

This role requires someone with a calm and empathetic approach who can provide meaningful companionship, assist with daily routines, encourage community participation and independence, and help maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Experience supporting people living with disability, dementia, cognitive changes, neurological conditions, or complex support needs will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Smartphone for rostering, communication, and documentation
- Australian working rights
- Minimum 1-2 years of support work experience and relevant qualifications
