The Company

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation managing a large national property portfolio, offering genuinely flexible working arrangements in this 3-month temporary role with a potential to extend and an immediate start.

The Role

You will work closely with senior facilities and property leaders, overseeing projects, suppliers and fleet across the organisation's national footprint.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering several building and repair projects at a time, working alongside builders and insurers
- Running procurement end to end: sourcing suppliers, negotiating agreements and managing ongoing performance
- Leading a supplier consolidation program to streamline the contractor base across sites
- Reviewing and tidying up the vehicle fleet, including allocation, usage and policy
- Acting as the go-to contact for the facilities management system and supporting staff to use it
- Building solid relationships with site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Improving processes and reporting across the facilities function

Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- 3+ years' facilities or property project management experience across a large, multi-site portfolio. National experience is highly regarded.
- Strong contract management and procurement experience




- Experience with fleet management
- Confidence with technology and FM systems
- A collaborative, approachable style, with the confidence to improve existing processes and suggest better ways of working
- Experience managing builders and contractors to deliver works on time and on budget
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with site teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders
