We currently have an prospect for a female Support Worker to join our vibrant, compassionate and committed team on a casual basis.

We are looking for someone:

Available for some or all of the following shifts:

- Friday, 11am to 4pm. Day shifts include community access, such as outings, shopping, appointments and social activities.
- Thursday and Friday, 7pm to 10pm. Evening support in the home.
- Thursday and Friday sleepovers, 10pm to 6am, followed by a 6am to 7am morning shift.

With mental health experience, including trauma-informed support. This is highly regarded. Who can support everyday living skills, healthy routines and building confidence in the community.

Compassionate, honest, reliable, with outstanding interpersonal, communication and resilience skills.

With a full understanding of professional boundaries.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Card / Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR




- Access to your own phone and email/internet
- A current QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (kilometres reimbursed for community access)

NB. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and availability. Sleepover allowance and evening rates apply under the SCHADS Award.
