Dementia Care Experience | Immediate Start | NSW

Revira Care Australia is urgently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Workers with hands-on dementia care experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Support clients living with dementia, including confusion, memory loss, and changing behaviours.
- Assist with daily living activities, meals, and community access.
- Follow individual care plans and maintain client safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Complete shift notes and report changes in client needs.

Essential Requirements
- Previous dementia care experience.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Working With Children Check.
- Personal care and manual handling experience.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
