We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Lalor and Resorvoir, VIC.

Important: Must be available and willing to work sleepover shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
- Support participants with complex behaviours using appropriate positive behaviour support strategies.
- Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Administer medication in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support community access and participation in meaningful activities.
- Complete progress notes, documentation, and incident reports accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the support team, families, and allied health professionals.
- Promote participant choice,



dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

About You The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and professionalism.
- Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality support.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or equivalent.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
