We're looking for an experienced and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our established Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Greenbank.

This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys providing high-quality, person-centred care to participants with complex physical and health care needs. We already have a fantastic team in place and are looking for another team member who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to quality care.

Available Shifts

We currently have the following regular afternoon shifts available:

- Monday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 am (fortnightly)
- Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 am (weekly)
- Thursday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 am (fortnightly)

There are also opportunities for additional shifts and backfill across weekdays and weekends, including sleepovers. We're looking for someone who can commit to the regular roster and ideally has flexibility to pick up additional shifts when required.

About the Role

You'll provide person-centred support in accordance with individual support plans and clinical guidance, including:

- Personal care, including toileting, continence support, continence pad changes and personal hygiene
- Assistance with daily living routines and domestic tasks
- Manual handling, transfers and the safe use of assistive technology, including hoists and mobility aids
- Diabetes management and medication support in accordance with individual care plans, training and competencies
- Monitoring participant wellbeing and communicating any changes or concerns




- Completing accurate shift notes and required documentation
- Working collaboratively with the broader team to deliver protected, consistent and compassionate care

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in disability support, preferably within SIL or high-care environments
- Confident and comfortable providing personal care, including continence support
- Familiar with manual handling, assistive technology, diabetes management and medication support
- Positive, enthusiastic and brings a outstanding attitude to work
- Reliable, compassionate and a strong team player
- Willing to learn, take direction and contribute to a supportive team workplace
- Flexible to assist with additional shifts when available
- Committed to promoting participant choice, dignity and independence
- Must be female (participant preference)

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
- Willingness to complete participant-specific training and competency assessments as required
