THE PROSPECT

Build and manage your own finance broking business remotely from anywhere in Australia. Depending on the agreed arrangement, you may operate under the AU Money Group identity or retain your own business brand.

Commission splits of up to 100% may be available depending on your experience, qualifications, business model and final commercial arrangement. The applicable split, fees, inclusions and responsibilities will be explained and agreed before you join.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build and manage customer and referral relationships
- Understand customer objectives and prepare suitable finance applications
- Maintain accurate notes, records and supporting documentation
- Manage applications, conditions and customer communication
- Meet applicable compliance, licensing and professional obligations
- Develop your local or specialist market

WHO SHOULD APPLY





We welcome both established brokers and people preparing to enter finance broking. Depending on your proposed activities, onboarding may consider:
- Finance broking experience or relevant transferable experience
- Certificate IV, Diploma or other relevant study — completed or underway
- Industry membership, AFCA, AML and professional-indemnity requirements where applicable
- Business structure, ABN/trading name and any existing network or licensing arrangements
- A customer-first approach and willingness to follow clear compliance processes
