Role Description The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart in a remote, full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new app features, implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces, and integrating back-end services and APIs.

The role involves writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, debugging and optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and other developers.

Developer will also participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical documentation,



and stay current with Flutter best practices and emerging mobile technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Practical experience in Software Development and Programming, preferably with Dart and other relevant languages.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying OOP concepts to modern application architectures.
- Familiarity with Back-End Web Development and integrating RESTful APIs or cloud services with mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write maintainable, well-documented code and perform effective testing and debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
