The Ginger Group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
The role involves supervising our FOH team across café service, functions, weddings and events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
About You
- Previous hospitality supervisory experience
- Confident leading and supporting a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
- RSA required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
