The Opportunity

Our client operates a stunning, 150+ acre regional estate located just over an hour outside Melbourne. Renowned for luxury weddings, corporate conferences, and hosted group escapes, this expansive destination combines high-end hospitality with picturesque natural surroundings.

This role calls for an energetic, floor-led Food & Beverage Operations Manager to take full ownership of the venue s event and banquet operations. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef, you will lead service execution across all functions from multi-day corporate retreats to late-running weddings and gala dinners.

You will manage and mentor a dedicated team of supervisors and casual event staff, bringing an adaptable leadership style that connects genuinely with regional teams while upholding strict, high-touch hospitality standards.

The Candidate

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an F&B; Manager, Banquet Manager, or Operations Manager within a hotel, resort, or high-volume event venue
- Proven hands-on track record executing high-end banquets, corporate conferences, and weddings
- An adaptable, relatable leader who understands how to communicate effectively, coach, and build a positive culture with regional teams
- Full availability across a 7-day operational roster, including late nights, weekends, and peak event periods based on event demands
