The Opportunity

Our client operates a stunning, 150+ acre regional estate located just over an hour outside Melbourne. Renowned for luxury weddings, corporate conferences, and hosted group escapes, this expansive destination combines high-end hospitality with picturesque natural surroundings.

This role calls for an energetic, floor-led Food & Beverage Operations Manager to take full ownership of the venue’s event and banquet operations. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef, you will lead service execution across all functions—from multi-day corporate retreats to late-running weddings and gala dinners.

You will manage and mentor a dedicated team of supervisors and casual event staff, bringing an adaptable leadership style that connects genuinely with regional teams while upholding strict, high-touch hospitality standards.

The Candidate

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an F&B; Manager, Banquet Manager, or Operations Manager within a hotel, resort, or high-volume event venue
- Proven hands-on track record executing high-end banquets, corporate conferences, and weddings
- An adaptable, relatable leader who understands how to communicate effectively, coach, and build a positive culture with regional teams
- Full availability across a 7-day operational roster, including late nights, weekends, and peak event periods based on event demands
