The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with Nick Bell to launch, build and scale a commercial insurance brokerage from the ground up.

Nick will provide the financial backing, technology, marketing infrastructure, strategic direction and access to his extensive business networks.

You’ll take ownership of building and leading the insurance broking operation.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to earn meaningful equity in the business.

Your Responsibilities

- Build and lead the commercial insurance broking business.
- Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team of insurance brokers.
- Establish insurer relationships, underwriting partnerships and distribution channels.
- Drive new business acquisition and develop long-term client relationships.
- Oversee broking operations, compliance, client servicing and retention.
- Develop scalable processes to support rapid growth.
- Work directly with Nick on business strategy, expansion and acquisitions.
- Build a high-performance culture where accountability, ambition and results matter.
