The Role Depending on the project,



your responsibilities may include:
- Operating Franna cranes safely and efficiently
- Operating Open Crane equipment in accordance with lift plans
- Conducting pre-start inspections and daily equipment checks
- Performing lifts of structural, mechanical and process equipment
- Working closely with riggers, dogmen and supervisors
- Following lift studies, permits and site procedures
- Assisting shutdown and construction teams to achieve project milestones
- Maintaining a strong safety culture on site

We're Looking For Operators Who:
- Have proven experience operating Franna cranes and/or Open Cranes
- Are confident working on industrial, mining or construction sites
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety
- Work effectively within shutdown and project teams
- Take pride in their equipment and workmanship
- Are reliable, professional and ready to work
- Want ongoing opportunities with a growing WA business

Essential Requirements
- Current High Risk Work Licence (CN and/or C6, C1, CO, C2 as applicable)
- Current Dogging Licence highly regarded
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol testing
- Full Australian working rights
