Casual Front of House - Section Waiters & Food Runners CBD Venues: Grana, Lana & Martinez

We're looking for experienced Section Waiters and Food Runners to join our front-of-house teams across three CBD venues at Hinchcliff House and Quay Quarter.

- Grana - Warm, inviting Italian dining with an approachable menu of fresh, quality produce. Open 7 days, lunch to late - excellent for students or flexible availability.
- Lana - Modern Italian dining with Asian flavours, right on Circular Quay. Open more nights - good for students or those with daytime commitments.
- Martinez - Harbour views and Mediterranean-style dining, drinks and rooftop vibes. Open Monday to Friday - weekends off.

About You

- Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Food Runner
- Confident, calm and organised during busy services
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, public holidays - depending on venue)
- A current NSW RSA
