The Australian Hotel Cowra is looking for Casual Front of House All-Rounders to join our team, with an immediate start available for the right candidates.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and are happy working across different areas of the hotel.

This is a true all-rounder position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, shifts may include bar service, customer service, gaming, TAB/Keno, venue presentation, cleaning and helping with the general day-to-day operation of the hotel.

We want people who notice when a customer needs help, aren’t afraid to jump in when the venue gets busy and understand that the little details are what turn first-time visitors into regulars.

so this is a great time to join the team and grow with the venue.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re more interested in finding people who are reliable, positive, willing to learn and genuinely care about giving customers a great experience.

A current NSW RSA is required. RCG and gaming experience will be highly regarded, particularly for applicants wanting exposure across more areas of the hotel.

As part of Monarch Hotels, there are also opportunities for strong team members to develop their skills and progress into supervisory and management positions over time.
