Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency.Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
Ability to contribute to menu planning.
Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering stock.To be considered for the position you must possess the following: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role Relevant qualifications in commercial cookeryAbility to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure workplace.
Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.
