About the role
- Support the business by building customer loyalty through a genuine desire to provide excellent customer experiences
- Role model in brand presentation for Duffs Jewellers
Skills and Experience
- Three to four years of management experience in a retail setting, ideally fashion/luxury retail.
- Demonstrated customer relations practice in a variety of settings
- Proven display skills in visual merchandising
- Effective literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators
- Effective staff management
- High level conflict resolution experience
- Receptive to one-on-one performance coaching
