As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and driven Fundraising & Partnerships Lead to establish and lead our fundraising, philanthropy and partnership function. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference while helping shape the long-term sustainability of a highly respected community organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you'll lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies that diversify revenue streams and support the delivery of vital community services. You'll cultivate relationships with donors, philanthropic organisations, trusts and foundations, corporate sponsors and community partners while developing innovative fundraising initiatives and signature events.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and implementing fundraising and partnership strategies
- Securing grants, sponsorships and philanthropic investment
- Building relationships with major donors, foundations and corporate partners
- Managing fundraising campaigns and signature events
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Preparing compelling funding submissions and partnership proposals




- Providing expert fundraising advice to organisational leaders

About You

You are a relationship-builder, strategic thinker and confident communicator with experience in fundraising, business development, philanthropy or partnerships.

You'll bring

✅ Experience securing grants, sponsorships, donations or partnership funding

✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

✅ Strong proposal and grant writing capability

✅ A track record of achieving revenue or fundraising outcomes

✅ The ability to work autonomously and drive new opportunities

✅ Passion for community impact and social purpose work
