Graduate Contracts Administrator | Perth

Full time | Structured 24-month graduate programme

Link-Force Australia is seeking a Graduate Contracts Administrator to join an established concrete construction contractor in Perth. Delivering reinforced concrete structures on large-scale commercial projects, our client offers practical site exposure and a structured pathway into contracts administration and quantity surveying.

Working alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll learn the commercial side of construction, from measuring completed works and preparing claims to pricing variations and tracking project costs.

The role

- Assist with take-offs, measurements and progress claims.
- Review drawing revisions, identify changes and help prepare variations.
- Record dayworks and site instructions to support claims.
- Track costs across concrete, reinforcement, pumping and formwork.
- Support tendering, supplier comparisons and procurement.
- Liaise with project teams, suppliers and head contractor representatives.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and supporting documentation.

About you

- Completed or in your final year of a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.




- Interested in the commercial side of construction and working closely with site teams.
- Comfortable with Excel, with exposure to Bluebeam and construction drawings beneficial.
- Accurate with numbers, organised and willing to take ownership of your work.
- A clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions and working through challenging conversations.
- Based in Perth with full Australian work rights.
- Hold a White Card or be willing to obtain one before starting.

Previous site, trade, cadet or estimating experience would be valuable, but prior contracts administration experience is not essential. What’s on offer
