Genesis Health + Fitness Bull Creek is part of a national network of 24/7 health clubs, but we feel like a local community. Our members train here, connect here, and support each other here. We believe everyone deserves to feel welcome and capable, whatever their starting point.

The role

As Head Coach, you’ll be the heart of Coaching Zone, our small group personal training program. You’ll build a community where members feel known, supported and motivated to keep showing up. You’ll also lead and grow a team of coaches who share that same energy.

What you’ll do

- Coach energising, high-quality sessions using Myzone heart rate technology
- Build genuine relationships with members and create a sense of belonging
- Welcome and onboard recent participants so no one feels lost on day one
- Recruit, mentor and develop a team of coaches who live our values




- Lead Coaching Zone Challenges that bring members together
- Manage the timetable and keep the program growing

The essentials

- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Fitness registration with an approved body
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check (by start date)
