Seeking Healthcare Evaluation & Clinical Governance Specialists (Australia)

We are currently supporting an independent healthcare service evaluation and public health review, focusing on alternative primary and urgent-care care delivery models. We are looking for senior professionals to join the team. Depending on candidate backgrounds, we are looking for the following profiles:

1. Senior Clinical / Nurse-Led Urgent-Care Specialist

Role Focus: Clinical leadership, governance, and nurse-led healthcare models.

Location: Australia-wide, with a strong preference for ACT / Canberra-based candidates.

Profile:

- Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or senior clinical-governance professional with extensive clinical leadership experience.
- 10+ years of background in Australian healthcare, including 5+ years in clinical leadership, urgent care, primary care, or clinical governance.
- Deep expertise in nurse-led healthcare models, patient safety, clinical outcomes, referral and escalation pathways, and expanded scopes of practice.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating healthcare services, models of care, or clinical programs within the Australian public health system.

2. Health Economist / Healthcare Economic Evaluation Specialist

Role Focus: Economic evaluation, cost-effectiveness, and healthcare resource utilization.

Location:



Flexible across Australia (ACT/Canberra preferred).

Profile:

- Qualified Health Economist, Healthcare Economic Evaluation Consultant, or Health Services Researcher.
- 7+ years of skilled experience in health economics, featuring relevant Australian healthcare evaluation projects.
- Expertise in cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-per-episode modeling, value-for-money assessments, resource utilization, and demand substitution.
- Prior experience evaluating public healthcare programs, urgent care clinics, primary care networks, or alternative models of care.
