About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest presentation in accordance with hotel brand standards and company policies.

This role requires efficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured timeframes while maintaining quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to required standards
- Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
- Replenish guest supplies in accordance with room allocation lists
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
- Ensure all interconnecting doors are secured unless otherwise authorised
- Follow WHS procedures and secure manual handling practices
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines




- Meet daily productivity targets (rooms per shift)
- Maintain professional presentation and positive guest interaction

Skills & Experience

- 6 months Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or serviced apartments (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements

- working rights in Australia
- Availability to work weekdays
- Police check (if required)
- Ability to commence immediately (preferred)
