An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and detail oriented HR Coordinator to join a team-oriented People & Culture team on an initial 8 week assignment, with the potential for permanency.

The Opportunity working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you will provide hands on HR administration and coordination support across a variety of activities. From onboarding and employee records to HR systems, recruitment coordination and reporting, this role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new starter documentation and employee movements
- Prepare employment contracts, variation letters, higher duties documentation and other HR correspondence
- Monitor probation workflows and liaise with P&C; Business Partners regarding progress and extensions
- Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, background checks, candidate screening and interview coordination
- Support learning management systems, employee recognition initiatives and internal P&C; events

About You

- Previous experience in HR administration,



HR coordination or a similar People & Culture support role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and confidence navigating systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.

A Certificate IV or higher qualification in Human Resources and exposure to systems such as ELMO or iChris will be highly regarded. What's on Offer?
