About the Role

Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious HR Drivers to join our clients busy operation based at Brisbane Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing full-time hours with a well-established logistics business that values reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of general freight throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will complete multiple daily deliveries and pickups while ensuring all freight is handled, transported, and delivered accurately and on time. This hands-on position requires a customer-focused attitude, strong time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

This is a casual opportunity with consistent hours and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Complete deliveries and pickups across Brisbane and surrounding areas





Safely load and unload freight, including manual handling tasks

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and pre-start safety checks

Operate handheld scanning devices to accurately track freight movements

Complete delivery paperwork and run sheets with precision

Deliver outstanding customer service at every stop

Maintain compliance with all transport regulations and company procedures

Follow workplace health and safety policies at all times

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Current and valid HR Driver Licence

Previous experience in a multi-drop freight delivery environment

Demonstrated commercial driving experience

Understanding of load restraint requirements and transport compliance

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Ability to perform manual handling duties and work in a physically demanding setting

Knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas is highly desirable
