AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES

1. In-Home Disability Support Worker – Westmead

Availability: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm We're looking for dependable support workers who can provide quality in-home assistance to participants in the Westmead area.

Previous disability support experience is welcome but not essential for this opportunity, provided you're willing to learn and meet the role requirements.

Your responsibilities may include assisting participants with daily living, personal care where required, social support and maintaining their independence in accordance with their individual support plans.

We're looking for someone who is patient, respectful, reliable and committed to providing person-centred care.

What we're looking for:

- Availability between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
- A compassionate, patient and respectful approach.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- A willingness to learn and follow individual support plans.

2. In-Home Disability Support Worker – Penrith

Availability: Full availability required We're seeking dedicated support workers who can offer flexibility across the required roster and provide consistent, person-centred in-home support.

This opportunity may suit someone who enjoys working directly with people, building positive professional relationships and helping participants achieve their individual goals.

Previous disability support experience is welcome but not essential. A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine commitment to participant wellbeing are essential.

3. Overnight Disability Support Worker – Penrith

Inactive sleepover shifts: 6:00 pm – 8:15 am | Minimum six months' relevant experience We're looking for an experienced, reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide in-home support in Penrith, including overnight sleepover shifts.

This opportunity is suited to someone who understands the importance of consistent, person-centred support and is comfortable working within an overnight sleepover arrangement.

Please note: These are inactive sleepover shifts, not active overnight shifts. The role includes an overnight sleep period, with any duties and arrangements managed in accordance with the participant's support requirements and applicable employment conditions.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least six months of relevant disability support experience.
- Availability for the full 6:00 pm – 8:15 am shift.
- A reliable, professional and respectful approach to participant support.
- The ability to follow individual support plans and maintain appropriate skilled boundaries.

4. NDIS Cleaner – Penrith

Availability: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Enjoy cleaning and take pride in creating clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces? This opportunity could be for you!

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to provide domestic cleaning services for NDIS participants in their homes.

This is a cleaning role, not a Disability Support Worker position. We're specifically interested in applicants who have previous professional cleaning experience or who genuinely want to work in domestic cleaning services for NDIS participants.

Your responsibilities may include





- General household cleaning.
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and other living areas.
- Maintaining hygienic, tidy and comfortable home environments.
- Respecting participants' privacy, belongings and individual preferences.

Previous cleaning experience is highly regarded. You must be reliable, thorough, respectful when working in participants' homes and comfortable working independently. If you enjoy practical work and take pride in doing a job well, we'd love to hear from you!
