Role Description We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced independent consultants across Australia to help leading mining and resources companies bring their technology strategy to life. Realising that ambition requires more than deploying technology - it means connecting investment decisions, delivery, and adoption to the business outcomes that matter. You’ll work with client leaders and frontline teams across digital and AI discovery, delivery, and adoption - understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, implementing improvements, and embedding recent ways of working.

You’ll bring structured problem-solving and a hands-on, collaborative approach to shaping digital portfolios and products and driving the practical application of emerging AI capabilities. The nature of each engagement will reflect your expertise and our clients' needs, providing opportunities to tackle complex challenges alongside experienced industry professionals.





Qualifications

- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Mining, resources, or other asset-intensive industry experience is beneficial.
- Experience supporting digital, AI, product, or operational transformation initiatives across discovery, delivery, or adoption.
- A data-driven, analytical approach to developing business cases, testing assumptions, and guiding decisions, with the ability to connect change to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility, align stakeholders, and communicate clearly with senior leaders and frontline teams.
- A hands-on approach to delivery, with an ability to work independently, influence, and collaborate across business, technology, product, and change teams.
- Capabilities in human-centred design and behavioural science are valued for addressing adoption barriers, and embedding new ways of working.
- Practical experience applying AI productivity tools, with a commitment to continuous learning and testing new ways of working to improve consulting delivery and client outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Postgraduate qualifications, including an MBA, are valued but not essential.
