About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Inspector to conduct routine property inspections across a range of residential properties. The role involves assessing property conditions, preparing detailed Property Condition Reports, documenting maintenance issues and liaising with tenants and property managers to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed Property Condition Reports (PCRs).

· Assess property cleanliness, condition, damage and maintenance requirements.

· Document inspection findings with clear written reports and photographs

· Communicate maintenance issues to the property management team.

· Coordinate property access with tenants and property managers.

· Maintain accurate records and complete reports within required timeframes.

· Travel between properties using a company pool vehicle.

Experience Required





· Previous experience conducting property inspections and preparing PCRs.

· Solid attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational and time management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage a daily inspection schedule.

· Current driver's licence and confidence travelling between properties.

· Professional presentation and confidence communicating with tenants and property managers.
