GAMMA ILLUMINATION is long-established Australian manufacturer of commercial LED lighting, with over 40 years of successful operation, since 1986.

We’re looking for a friendly, capable all-rounder to help with internal sales, customer service, administration and the everyday tasks that keep our office running smoothly.

Customer enquiries, quotes and orders will be your main focus, with plenty of variety along the way. You’ll suit this role if you take pride in doing things properly, maintaining customer satisfaction, following tasks through and are happy to lend a hand to the team when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

- Answering customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Preparing quotes, entering orders and following up.
- Supporting our sales team with customer requests and general assistance.
- Coordinating with our factory, warehouse and project teams.
- Keeping customers updated on their orders and delivery times.
- Helping with administration, data entry, records and paperwork.




- Occasionally assisting with dispatch paperwork, freight bookings and couriers.
- Pitching in with other day-to-day tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or office administration.
- A friendly phone manner and clear verbal and written communication.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers, email, Word and Excel.
- Someone who can prioritise, use their initiative and work without constant supervision.
- A practical, helpful attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience with lighting, electrical or other technical products would be a bonus, as would familiarity with order-processing or ERP systems. We’ll provide training in our products and processes.
