Hays Technology is partnering with a range of public and private sector organisations to identify experienced IT Change Professionals for upcoming contract opportunities. With organisations continuing to invest in digital transformation, enterprise system implementations and business improvement initiatives, we are seeking professionals who can successfully lead and support the people side of change.

We are interested in connecting with experienced Change Managers, Change Analysts, Change Leads, Organisational Change Specialists and Adoption & Training Consultants who have delivered change across complex technology and transformation programs.

Projects may include ERP, CRM and other enterprise platform implementations, business transformation initiatives, process improvement programs and organisational change activities.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Change impact assessments and readiness activities
- Stakeholder engagement and communications planning
- Training needs analysis, development and delivery
- Business readiness and adoption strategies
- Resistance management and change intervention planning
- Supporting enterprise technology and transformation programs
- Developing change artefacts, communications and reporting

You'll have:





- Demonstrated experience in change management, organisational change or user adoption roles
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM or enterprise technology implementations
- Exposure to platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar solutions
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within project or program environments
- The ability to influence, build relationships and support outcomes across business and technical teams
- Relevant change management qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded

Experience within government, mining and resources, utilities, healthcare and education will be viewed favourably. What you'll get in return
