we're after an internal IT superstar who can handle the day to day of an incredibly modern office based in Sydney.

The role is paying up to $140k for the right candidate, who needs to be a self motivated and high agency individual who's proactive with their day to day work.

This is a full time on-site position.

Key responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, servers, networks and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, maintain and monitor hardware, software, cloud platforms and network equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, data storage, backups and cybersecurity practices.
- Assist with security cameras, access control and building management systems.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records and IT processes.




- Identify and resolve potential system issues while ensuring the confidentiality and security of business information.
- Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions.

About you

- Experience in IT support, systems administration or IT infrastructure.
- Robust hardware and software knowledge, including Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with networking equipment, NAS storage, cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
- Exposure to Azure, Ubiquiti or building management systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting wider business needs
