Piccolo Papà is on the lookout for a passionate Chef to join our team full-time. We’re a vibrant Italian eatery dedicated to authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and a warm, welcoming dining experience, trading at Toowoomba for almost 12 years.

About the Role

As a Chef at Piccolo Papà, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to our dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes in line with our menu and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Assist in stock management and minimizing waste.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant.




- A strong passion for Italian cuisine and cooking with fresh, quality ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Italian style pizza skills are preferred ( stretching, topping, oven work ) - but not essential and full training will be provided for the right candidate
