Your Opportunity

As a Job Coach in the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, you'll play a key role in helping participants overcome barriers and prepare for meaningful employment. You'll provide tailored, person-centred support that builds confidence, enhances employability, and connects people with sustainable job opportunities. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by empowering people with disability, injury, or health conditions to achieve their employment goals through practical guidance, advocacy, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver individual and group-based coaching, including resume development, job applications, interview preparation, and job readiness activities that build confidence and employability.
- Identify and address barriers to employment, connecting participants with appropriate services, supports, and resources to achieve their goals.
- Develop strong relationships with employers and proactively promote participants to identify and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
- Manage a caseload effectively, providing consistent, personalised support throughout the employment journey.
- Maintain accurate records and manage complex administration,



ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

This role operates across the Plenty Employment Services Area (ESA), covering a broad region that includes Preston, Epping, Greensborough, Doreen, and Doncaster.

- Builds trusted relationships through a strengths-based, emotionally intelligent approach, adapting communication style to engage diverse stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Results-driven and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, KPI-focused workplace.
- Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
