About the Role

That Sales Company is looking for a Junior Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team in Chippendale, Sydney. This is an entry-level position for someone interested in developing their sales and customer service skills within a growing business. You'll gain practical experience in face-to-face sales, customer engagement and brand representation, with paid training provided from the start.

Previous sales experience isn't essential. We're interested in candidates who communicate well, are reliable and are willing to learn.

That Sales Company partners with established brands to deliver face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns. We work directly with customers across a range of campaigns, helping our clients reach current audiences and acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent established brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.
- Engage with customers and communicate product and service information.
- Develop sales techniques, communication skills and customer relationships.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Represent brands across events, expos, B2B, B2C,



residential and promotional campaigns.
- Work alongside team members to deliver campaign results.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a professional attitude, strong communication skills and an interest in developing within sales. You'll need to be reliable, comfortable interacting with different people and willing to take feedback on board. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales is beneficial, but not essential.

Essential requirements:

- Aged 18 or over with full working rights in Australia.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
