About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Junior Construction Labourer to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learns quickly and wants to develop practical skills in the construction industry.

Previous construction experience is an advantage but not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

You must be able to follow instructions, adapt to different tasks and work efficiently both independently and alongside experienced tradespeople.

Your Responsibilities

- Assisting tradespeople with general construction work
- Assisting with tiling, including preparing materials, mixing adhesives and cutting tiles
- Demolition and removal of existing materials
- Loading, unloading and moving construction materials
- Collecting materials and supplies when required
- Assisting with carpentry, plastering and general site preparation
- Rubbish removal and maintaining clean, organised worksites
- Assisting with grouting, silicone work and finishing tasks
- Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as you progress

Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle – ESSENTIAL
- Reliable, punctual and available for early morning starts
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on construction work
- Rapid learner who can follow instructions carefully




- Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Good attitude, respectful and professional
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting site work)
- Able to travel between job sites across Melbourne
