Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join their Equity Operations team.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Responsible for establishing accounts for all products & services provided
- Servicing clients maintenance needs on their accounts
- Undertake investigations in respect to customer requests
- Build & maintain a solid working relationship with key stakeholders
- Demonstrate continuous process improvement and ongoing change improvement
- Participate in cross training both within the team and the wider Market Operations team
- Maintain a high level of risk management
To be considered for the role you will:
- Tertiary qualification & RG146 Accreditation is desirable
- 2-3 Years Equities Support experience
- Strong oral & written communicational skills
- Have an ability to work at a fast pace and tight time frames.
