Are you dreaming of a first job you’ll actually love getting out of bed for? Something very exciting is happening at Cotton Tree Dental. We’re about to unveil our brand recent, aesthetic dental clinic, opening Monday 23 November, and we’d love you to be part of it.

This role is made for someone just starting out. Whether you’ve just finished school, are looking for your first real career move, or simply know you want to work with people in healthcare, you don’t need any experience. You just need a kind heart, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you everything else.

You’ll start as our Junior Sterilisation Assistant, learning the foundations of infection control and how a high-end dental practice runs. Once you’ve found your feet, you’ll transition into chairside dental assisting shortly after, with our team supporting you and teaching you every step of the way. 30-38 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Our days are busy and we all work hard, so we make sure to celebrate together too, with quarterly team functions that are always a highlight.

Where You’ll Start:

- Clean, package, sterilise and track instruments to our high infection control standards

- Run and monitormsterilisation equipment, and keep accurate records

- Set up and decontaminate surgeries between patients

- Keep the sterilisation room and clinical areas sparkling, stocked and organised

- Offer refreshments to our patients while they wait for their treatment

Then Step Up To Dental Assisting:

- Assist our dentists chairside with procedures and patient care

- Be a calm, reassuring presence for patients who are feeling nervous

- Prepare surgeries, instruments and materials for each appointment

- Current immunisations, including Hepatitis B, or willing to obtain
