HCF Australia is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel dedicated to Employment matters and Workplace Relations in a part time capacity (3 days a week). You will partner with People & Culture and Executive Leaders to deliver practical, risk-based legal advice aligned to the 2030 strategy.

You will advise on contracts, compliance, performance issues, investigations, redundancies and major employment initiatives, shaping governance and capability-building across the business.
