About the role

We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff members to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a busy team helping us deliver great food and excellent vibes to our customers. Late night availability for Friday and Saturday currently a priority for us.

Key responsibilities

- Food preparation and cooking tasks
- Washing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
- Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Running Smooth Service
- Following food safety and hygiene standards

About you

- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential – we provide training)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and a valuable team player




- Weekend and evening availability is essential
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
