Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Deliver advanced ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API

Build and optimise workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub

Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations across enterprise systems

Manage and enhance CMDB structures and data integrity

Acts as a technical mentor to engineers and provide hands-on guidance.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration

Robust experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM and HRSD

Solid scripting capability (JavaScript, Glide API)

Proven experience working with CMDB and enterprise data models.

Experience working across the full SDLC Lifecycle

Strond documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (essential)

ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required)
