Job Description: Technical Business Analyst Telecom & Network Role: Technical Business Analyst (Telecom & Network) Domain: Telecommunications / Networking Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in telecommunications and network technologies.

The candidate should be able to gather business and technical requirements, analyse network-related processes, coordinate with technical teams, and support end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.

Work closely with telecom, network engineering, infrastructure, and IT teams.

Analyse network architecture, connectivity, and telecommunications systems.

Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Support network transformation, telecom infrastructure, and connectivity projects.

Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement.

Coordinate with development, testing, and network operations teams.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking,



and implementation.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Mandatory Skills Robust experience as a Technical Business Analyst.

Telecom or networking domain experience.

Knowledge of network technologies such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

Understanding of network infrastructure, connectivity, and telecommunications services.

Requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.

Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have Experience with Cisco networking technologies.

Knowledge of SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, VoIP, and network security.

Exposure to telecom service providers and network transformation projects.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.

Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a combination of business analysis skills and technical knowledge of telecom and networking environments, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
