Hemingway's Brewery Port Douglas is seeking an experienced Casual Restaurant Team Leader to join our hands-on team.
You will report to the Venue Manager and Restaurant Managers, opening/closing shifts, and lead service with on-call support available.You'll oversee FOH operations, organise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure RSA, food safety, WHS compliance.
This role requires solid leadership, cash handling and exceptional guest service in a busy hospitality setting.
