We are modern Korean restaurant located in Wolli Creek seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our passionate team.

We are currently hiring for both FOH Floor Manager and Part-time FOH Staff positions.

- FOH Floor Manager (Full-time / Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to maintain high service standards.
- Manage, train, and support FOH team members, ensuring seamless service flow during peak trade.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Manage POS system, opening/closing procedures, and floor inventory.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and RSA regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or floor management experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Full Australian work rights.

2. FOH Hall Staff (Casual / Part-time)





Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and maintain table cleanliness.
- Explicit, wipe tables, and assist with table resetting.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized dining area.

Requirements:

- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Valid NSW RSA certificate (or willing to obtain before starting).
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work lunch, dinner, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills; valid Australian work rights.
